Dr. Sneed your kind and gentle way was a great example for those who paid attention.. A man of great faith and wisdom and unmatched leadership. Some years ago while I was a Pastoral Counselor for Bellefontaine Hab. Center. I decided to go to Dr. Sneeds office to say hi. He said do you want to go for a walk? I said sure. I didn’t know that he had a key to another area of the State grounds. It was just me and him just talking about our lives, family and the Lord. We walked by a large lake and just kept walking and talking. I’ve always enjoyed that day and I’m glad that even though he’s old enough to be my father. He and I became close friends. I truly miss those talks.
