Jameca Stanfield, Set World Customer Service Supervisor for Aesculp, Inc. and life-long resident of St. Louis, MO, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at the age of 39 while walking to her car. Jameca leaves to cherish her life and is survived by: her parents ~ James Earl McMorris and Karen Stanfield; her son ~ Anthonie Porchia, Jr.; her older brother ~ DJ Stanfield; and her sister Tiffanie Stanfield; grandmother ~ Marie Stanfield; and aunts, uncles, cousins, and hosts of family and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandmothers ~ Helena Brown and Francis Johnson; and grandfathers ~ Hugh Stanfield and Freddie Johnson. Jameca was born in St. Louis, Missouri on May 22, 1976 to Karen Stanfield and James Earl McMorris. She attended Parkway Central Senior High until her junior year and transferred to Guthrie High School in Guthrie, OK where she received her high school diploma. After returning to St. Louis, she started her career in customer service. She spent 8 years at Verizon Wireless. After leaving Verizon, she started working for Set World (Aesculap), December 2005. She worked as a Customer Service Representative and was promoted to Supervisor in 2013. She won the All Star Award in 2012 and in 2015. This award recognizes an employee who exhibits a positive work attitude, a high work ethic and embodies the Aesculap culture. Per a message received from a Human Resource Manager, "Jameca was our go to customer service". Jameca established many relationships with employees, sales representatives and distributors at Aesculap. Jameca was a devoted mother and an avid professional. She enjoyed traveling, reading, shopping and watching sports. She often enjoyed living and loving life by hanging with family and friends celebrating special events and triumphal life moments. Jameca was a no bars held type of woman. She was a straight shooter, with a warm, sensitive and generous heart. She was witty and dedicated to her work. She worked tirelessly as a single mother to provide for her son and family. Jameca was serious about family bonding both near and far. She loved the Lord and instilled this belief in her son. She will be deeply missed by her friends, family, and all who knew her.
