Chris Cherry 3 weeks ago From start to finish, our relationship with the McClendon family was above and beyond our expectations. It was apparent from day one that we were working with a blessed family and they were going to be a blessing to us. They worked with us in preparing and completing a home-going service for our loved one with compassion and professional expertise. While we were dealing with the emotions of losing a family member, the McClendons made our journey as painless as possible. There was no detail left to chance. Mr. McClendon went over the process step by step. We understood our options for selecting a service that would be not only dignified but comforting. Their goal was to make sure that they met and exceeded our expectations before, during and after the funeral. The McClendon Mortuary and Cremation facility is beautiful. And the McClendon family stands highly recommended by our family. Thanks so much.

Mr. Mc Clendon embrace me my family through one of our most difficult time of our lives while dealing with the lost of our love one. Mr. Mc Clendon and his son David was a true blessing for my family and I, They walk us thru every step of the way while still keeping it very professional. I cant say enough about how great they were to us, they went above and beyond making this journey for me and my family as humble as possible. I recently lost my mother this March and we went to the McClendons for her Home Going Celebration and they handled every aspect with absolute professionalism and the utmost class. Being an African-American family, it was an interest of ours to support a Black owned and operated business, and I am so glad and relieved that I went through the McClendons. Every arrangement was executed with style and finesse, they were very understanding and sensitive to all the other complications and emotional difficulties that arise in these times, and we're more than accommodating and resourceful when it came to every little aspect, from finding a burial plot, to planning a perfectly catered Repast for after her Service. Not only were they more than flexible when it came to payments for the arrangements, their locations are beautifully ornate with an atmosphere for refinement and peace that help to ease these difficult times. I give them 5 stars and would recommend anyone and everyone to reach out to the McClendon Mortuary and Funeral Services should times like these arise.
