I worked with Tobi at Bellefontaine Habilitation Center . Tobi was a very kind ,bubbly ,Giving & humorous person with a kindred spirit , who loved God &her family she would talk about them continuously ,she's gone but will never be forgotten. May her soul rest in peace forevermore.
