Albury Lee Prewitt's Obituary
Mr. Albury Prewitt was born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama on October 5, 1959 to Robert Lee Pruiett and Irene Pruiett. He was the younger of two children. Both of his parents preceded him in death.
Albury moved from Tuscaloosa, Alabama to St. Louis, Missouri with his father (Robert), mother (Irene) and sister (Linda) at an early age. This is where he spent most of his childhood and made lifelong friends. He completed his high school education at Normandy High School and continued his education at the University of Missouri – St. Louis and Ranken Technical College. From a previous marriage and relationship, he was blessed with two daughters, Tiffany and Chyonia. He worked at Wagner Brakes as a machinist for more than 27 years and retired as a highly respected employee.
Albury was the most kind and generous man you would ever meet. He was always smiling and was the life of every party. Anytime he stepped foot in a room, everyone knew he was there. He was always happy to help anyone in need and had a heart of gold. He enjoyed spending time with family, watching westerns on TV, drawing, laughing and joking around with family and friends.
He was an outgoing, kind hearted loyal father, brother, grandfather, uncle, cousin and great friend to all that knew him.
