Brenda Alice Neal's Obituary
Brenda Neal was born on August 4, 1939. She was the fourth and
youngest child born to Joseph Guy, of Memphis, Tennessee and
Evelyn Gill-Guy of Little Rock, Arkansas. She was proceeded in death
by her siblings, George, Barbra and John Guy. Brenda was joined in
holy matrimony to Arnold Gilbert Neal, to which three children were
born: Brian, Dejuan and Kimberly Neal. Her husband Arnold later
preceded her in death. Brenda leaves behind her children and a host
of grandchildren.
Mrs. Brenda Neal was educated in St. Louis, Missouri, graduated
from Soldan High School and then went onto attend Pre Med studies
at the University of Missouri- Columbia where she committed to years
in the medical field as a Lab Technician and a Phlebotomist. In her
later years she also worked at Calgon, Lever Brother’s and the
St. Louis Board of Education.
Brenda was loved by a long line of close and distant relatives as well
as friends near and far. She had a way of touching people’s hearts
and minds. Brenda’s whispers were warm and comforting. Her laugh
was sweetly contagious, she had a wonderful sense of humor.
She always had a good come back and loved to relive good memories
of fishing trips, gardening techniques. Brenda loved spending time
with friends and family, she enjoyed drinking with friends and family.
She was overly protective of her children and grandchildren, she gave
her unconditional love and support whenever, however need be. She
was and still is an inspiration to us all. She will be dearly missed but
never forgotten.
