Cleatus Burns' Obituary
Cleatus was born August 20, 1948 to Louise and Cleatus Burns, Sr. in Jasper, Alabama. He graduated from Walker County Training School. He was also enlisted in the Army and served as a Infantry Soldier. He met his wife, Gay Nell Hardy in June 1970, they later married on December 5, 1970 and stayed together for 55 years until his death. Cleatus retired from Washington University Medical School after 22 years of service. He leaves behind: his wife ~ Gay Nell Burns; son ~ Anthony Burns; grandchildren ~ Isaiah, Armon, Tonisia and Lavonte; five sisters; and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
