My sincerest condolences to the Ray Family. I first met Mr. Ray when I was student teaching at Gateway High School in 1998. He was an Assistant Principal and a firm disciplinarian. His fun loving demeanor was always appreciated. We worked together again years later at Des Peres Middle School. I’ll always remember him telling me “Believe half of what you see and none of what you hear!” I loved Mr. Ray! He was a wonderful man that will truly be missed.

Mr. Ray was an incredible human being. Just so wise and kind. He always treated me with love and respect. I’m so grateful to have met him in this lifetime. While I’m so incredibly sad he’s gone - I’m so relieved to know he’s no longer in pain and at his rightful place with God.
