Our prayers and condolences are with the family and friends David.
It's been over 55 yrs of friendship of my neighbors the Wiley's. Over the years you all were more like family than just friends. When I moved across the street I had recently lost my little brother and closest friend, so not only having my playmate friend in your cousin next door, Gloria, you all unknowingly were filing the gap of a missed brother. Thanks for being the tough big brother, to who became known to my in adulthood fam as 'The Wiley Boys'.
I think you tagged me as 'Grandma' as an adolescent/teenager, as my glasses looked like grandma glasses to you [LOL], and I tended to heed warning to you all... sometimes ;^) [when I wasn't getting in trouble with you all]. I just didn't want to lose another brother/friend.
Thank you for being my friend, and for all the laughs, and some as adults when we'd run across each other. Rest Easy David. RIH!! [& don't be up there giving my bestie of those times trouble as you enjoyed when we were kids.]
Laura, thank you for being such a wonderful, loving wife and friend to him. It was such a pleasure to finally meet you in person in recent years.
Chester B, Carl, Keith, know my thoughts and heart are with you as you say farewell today. I wish I could be there in person, and had hopes of being there digitally, but it wasn't to be. Lean on each other my 'Wiley Men'.
