Sending my deepest and heartfelt condolences to Dorian, Larry Davis, and Mark Harvey
Dorcell, a treasure and a gem of a friend. As we met and trudged through the halls of Normandy, you and & I clicked because of our direct and matter of fact personalities. Always fun loving, mature, yet very personable; you always remained true to heart on your values and morals. Not one to be involved in cliques or group affairs that didn't involve YOU. Always, Easy... like Sunday mornings!!!
Moving forward, who would imagine; my sister and your brother would become husband and wife; yet again, our connection would continue and our friendship would blossom even more. We could always find something to laugh about!! Just with a LOOK.
You were a gentle spirit with your sister and brothers, an adorable Aunt to your nieces and nephews, a genuine friend; and most importantly, an awesome Mom.
April 23, 2022, within a blink of an eye, you would be here and going about your day and suddenly God called you home. Gone without a quick goodbye. Goodbyes would be too hard for you, especially knowing Dorian, would be left behind. We will hug her and do our best to lighten this heavy load and help her understand, God needed you Most. Heaven Awaits. Girl, You have more work to do.
You will be missed but celebrated. We all thank God for allowing us to love you and then release you to his loving care. Rest in peace Queen; my sister and my dear friend,
June Finley-Anthony
Ke Aloha, (Beloved)
Please know that my heart is with you though I won't be in attendance for the service. I sure will miss my big cousin, her beautiful smile and her voice. No matter what differences we have I want you to know, our blood is stronger. I love you always. Sending you tight hugs and love in spirit from Hawaii. Releasing leis into the ocean Sunday morning in her honor.
Aloha Pumehana Pau' Ole,
(with a heart of never ending love)
Melanie
