I remember when I was little, he can and picked me up and we spent the day together. He took me with him to run errands then we went grocery shopping. We went back to.his house and he cooked for me and we looked at his old photos, talked and laughed. Then we went out on the porch and he watched me jump rope. It was a simple day but it was a special day because it was with him. And as a kid I thought if o ever get married, I hope he's like my granddaddy. A manly man but sweet, honest and as strong as steel. They don't make men.like him anymore.. I love.you so much Daddy.
