Frank K. (Footer) Lightfoot was born September 25, 1940 in Sedalia, Missouri to Jessie Mae Lightfoot his beloved mother who preceded him in death.
At an early age, Frank professed his belief in God. He was a caring and loving person to all based on his profound religious beliefs.
Frank attended Sedalia, MO public schools and after graduation enlisted in the Army. He served several stints of duty and left with an honorable discharge. Frank then accepted a position with Clark Oil Refinery as a Lab Technician and worked until retirement. Throughout his life, he enjoyed music and traveling..
Frank married the love of his life –Earnestine (Ernie) McRath on May 20, 2000. They shared a very caring relationship with lots of family and friends surrounding them.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his wife Earnestine McRath-Lightfoot; Cousins Ralph and George Dickerson, Geraldine and Monica Tripp, special niece Nia Jones, special nephews Anthony Phillip McRath and Jalan Wilburn, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
