Frank Smith's Obituary
Mr. Frank Smith was born in Drew, Mississippi on April 30, 1943. He
was a loving husband, father and friend.
He loved going fishing, watching Western Movies, watching boxing
matches, playing Tunk, fixing things and cooking.
Frank was a retired Master Chef and life-long and high respected
resident of the Walnut Park Community in Saint Louis, Missouri. He
passed away on Friday, October 16, 2020 at the age of seventy-seven.
Frank is preceded in death by his father and mother, Author and Charlie
Ann Smith; his son, Tony Smith; his siblings, George, Johnny, Will,
Emma and Betty; his grandchildren, Durrell, Ronald Lamont and Tony
Smith, Jr.; his nephews, Raynard Clark and Mack Presley and niece,
Norika Smith.
Frank was known as the “Old Gee” of the community. He will be truly
loved and forever missed.
Frank is survived by: his lovely wife ~ Mary Ann Smith; his children ~
Sarah, Barbara, Brenda and Sonja Smith; his siblings ~ John Henry,
Clara, Bonnie, Clarence and David Smith. His many, many beloved
grandchildren; nieces, nephews and friends.
