Heather Nicole Brown's Obituary
Heather N. Brown of St. Louis, Missouri, passed away Saturday May 22,
2021. She was born on March 16, 1970 to Doyle and Irene Mitchell. She
fell in love and married Harvey Brown on July 2, 2005. She was preceded
in death by, her father, Doyle Mitchell; grandmother, Geneva Pledger;
grandparents, Herman and Phedora Mitchell, Willie Wright, Sr. and
Virginia Wright; uncle, Foster Williams; mother-in-law, Bertha Brown; and
brother-in-law, Darrell Brown.
Heather attended University City High School. After high school, she
attended Southwestern Christian College, Grambling State University, and
U.T. Arlington Texas. She had several jobs in customer service field.
Heather accepted Christ in 1981, at an early age. She wrote many letters
and journals over the years showcasing her commitment to her spiritual
walk with God. Heather was a member of Hazelwood Church of Christ in
Hazelwood, Missouri.
Heather was the family historian. The pictures she collected and the photo
albums she developed will be cherished by those amongst the family for
years to come. She loved music, great movies, and television. She had a
loving spirit and loved spending time with family, especially during
holidays.
She leaves behind: the love of her life ~ Harvey Brown; mother ~ Irene
Mitchell; siblings ~ Kimberly (Anthony) Stokes, Andre (Ilisa) Mitchell,
Christopher Mitchell, Jonathan (Calencia) Mitchell and Paul (Jodi) Mitchell;
nieces and nephews with whom knew the deepness of her love ~ Tony
Stokes, India (Darchi) Anderson, Aaron Stokes, David Mitchell, Jabbari
Jones, Maddie Cooper Mitchell, Josiah and Jonah Mitchell; and a host of
aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
