Herbert Lee Brown's Obituary
Mr. Herbert Lee Brown was born August 6, 1956 in St. Louis, Missouri
to Lillie Brown and James Bailey. Herbert was the oldest of four
children: Tamra, Terianne and Charmella. Of his siblings, his sister,
Tamra Johnson, preceded him in death. Herbert gave his life to Christ
at an early age and was educated through the St. Louis Public School
System.
Throughout his employment career, he selflessly worked for various
places which included: Spann Janitorial Services, Joe Fazio’s Bakery,
St. Louis University Hospital and Barnes-Jewish Hospital.
Herbert met the love of his life, Victoria Chinn, in 1990. To this union,
Herbert acquired three children: James Chinn, Jr., Keith and Robynne
Allen. Throughout his pastime, Herbert enjoyed socializing, spending
time with friends and family, watching classic movies and television
programs along with educating others on historical time periods within
his life.
Herbert was a loving, devoted and nurturing significant other, son,
brother, stepfather, uncle, grandfather and friend. He leaves to
cherish his memory: his significant other ~ Victoria Chinn; his mother
~ Lillie Tate; sisters ~ Terianne Lindsey (Henry) and Charmella Tate;
three sisters-in-law ~ Norma Allen, Geralda Lyles and Rosalind LylesTannan;
three brothers-in-law ~ James Allen, Ben Allen (LaVerne) and
Fred Allen; stepchildren ~ James Chinn, Jr., Keith Allen and Robynne
Jeffries (Brendon); three grandchildren ~ Myla Allen, Alyssa and Elayna
Jeffries; two nieces ~ Briana (Shedrick) and Ta’lor Lindsey; one
nephew ~ Michael Lindsey; and a host of relatives and friends.
