Jaron was my student at Shaw VPA Elementary. He played violin for me. My first year at Shaw VPA he was in 1st grade and I always will remember him. I wrote him over the years and like many teachers kept his letters. I still have the last letter in my desk at school. Jaron... you challenged me my first year of teaching but also taught me. I had just moved to St. Louis and you helped me get a better understanding of the area. Thank you. I will miss you but you will live on in the halls of Shaw VPA. You are watching over my students and myself. I will use you as an example for future generations to come. I pray your soul is at rest.
