Jarvis Malik McIntire was born on Wednesday, June 10, 1998 to his mother, Monikki Williams and father, Stephan A. McIntire, Sr. The youngest of Monikki’s two children and Stephan’s five children. Jarvis entered this world a vibrant and energetic person with a contiguous smile. He walked at six months old, just leaped from his knees and started running, but never too far, he always came running right back, earning him his nickname “Boomerang”. Growing up he loved to fish with his grandfather, Daniel ‘DA’ Green, who preceded him in death and sing with his auntie and grandma. As a child he wanted to try every sport but didn’t have the patience to learn them. He loved pranking his mom and sharing crazy, daring videos with the world. Jarvis confessed a hope in Christ at an early age and remained a member of Greater Fellowship Baptist Church under the leadership of his Godfather, Pastor Robert M. Franklin, Jr. Jarvis attended the Ferguson-Florissant School District from the fifth through tenth grade. He excelled and graduated from University City High School in the University City School District. It was there he made a name for himself through his kind gestures towards others. Jarvis was part of the ROTC program, where he made the decision to join the United States Navy. In the U.S. Navy Jarvis was a Boatswain Mate Seaman, where he had several responsibilities onboard the USS Green Bay (LPD 20). There his new friends became family away from family. He participated in group activities such as singing in the choir during worship service. What he loved about the military was being able to travel and see so many different parts of the world. After the military, Jarvis maneuvered from Atlanta, Georgia and Saint Louis, Missouri. Working for Alcon, where he trained in Germany and Missouri American Water, where he found comfort in being home. Finally accepting a position with Yarco Companies working for his Mom and under the instruction of Reginald Taylor who he titled, his work Dad. Jarvis leaves to cherish: his mother ~ Monikki Williams; stepfather ~ Duan Tippett; his father ~ Stephan McIntire, Sr.; his second mom/tee-tee ~ Wanetta Day; his grandmothers ~ Susie Day and Rosie Saunders; two brothers ~ Stephan A. McIntire, Jr. and Taylor D. Whitman; two sisters ~ Rachel (Lorenzo) Prude and Brittany McIntire; five nieces ~ Kailee, Camille, Riley, Dream and Mika; five nephews ~ Brion, Lorenzo, Jamison, Kai and Milo; an honorable big brother/cousin ~ Ronnell Banks, whom he loved and admired; a host of aunties, uncles and cousins. Jarvis loved all his family and made it a point to know bloodline.
