Joseph Bolden's Obituary
Joseph Louis Bolden was born on September 21, 1951 in St. Louis,
Missouri to the union of William S. Bolden and Lubirtha Lacy. He was
the baby boy of his thirteen siblings.
During his childhood, Joseph was a member of Wayman A.M.E.
Church and later joined Lily Of The Valley Missionary Baptist Church,
where he accepted Christ as his savior on July 21, 2013.
Joseph was educated in the St. Louis Public School District and was
a proud graduate of Soldan Class of 1970.
He met his childhood sweetheart Melva Irving and good friend.
Joseph worked for Federal Moving Company for three years until he
began his tenure with Kwame Building Group, Inc. until his death.
Joseph was committed to spending time with his family and good
friends Cheryl and Ronnie and his grandchildren, (who told
granddaddy Joe what to do and when to do it).
Joseph departed this life on Thursday, July 14, 2016.
Our beloved Joseph will be remembered by: his children ~ Tiffanie,
Christopher and Mystique; grandchildren ~ Tianna, Taylor and
Christopher; brothers ~ Eli Bolden and William Sam Bolden
(Katherine); sisters ~ Betty Thompson (Jack) and Saundra Stittum
(Gary); nieces; special nephews ~ Anthony Thompson and Gary
Michael Paul Stittum; and a host of cousins, friends and co-workers.
