Lee Ronnie Jones' Obituary
Mrs. Lee Ronnie Jones was born in Taylor, Mississippi to the
late Matthew and Rossie Lee Simmons.
Lee Ronnie Simmons married Robert Jones, the love of her
life, on October 26, 1964. To this union two children were
born, Kimberly Lee of Saint Louis, Missouri and Robert L.
Jones, whom preceded her in death.
Lee Ronnie graduated from Central High School. She also
attended Jackson State for one year.
Lee Ronnie was blessed with a wonderful family and leaves
many to cherish her memory. Lee Ronnie was preceded in
death by one sister, Shirley Fox. She is survived by: her
husband ~ Robert G. Jones of Saint Louis, Missouri; daughter
Kimberly Lee of Saint Louis, Missouri; three grandchildren ~
David A. Lee, Kristan (Fred) Crues and Kyara D. Jefferson, all
of Saint Louis, Missouri; three great grandchildren ~ Tyson L.
Jefferson, Kayden L. Crues and Ayden D. Lee; brothers ~
Henry (Hattie) Simmons of Oxford, Mississippi, Larry
(Lanette) Simmons of Memphis, Tennessee and Nathaniel
(Rita) Simmons of Oxford, Mississippi; a host of nieces,
nephews, cousins and friends; and two special friends ~ Mrs.
Luey King and Mrs. Margie Beckum.
