Leslie was and will always be a special ray of sunshine for so many that knew her. Someone loved by so many can never be gone or forgotten. Her spirit will forever be present with those who loved her. Phyllis was especially blessed by God with such a beautiful gift, Leslie Renee. God knew exactly who to send her to when her very essence burst into the universe. Sweet girl, take your rest. You fought a good fight. You finished your course. You will be forever in our hearts.
I was so honored to walk for Team Leslie at the More Than Pink Walk in October. She was so excited about supporting the cause for breast cancer research. Phyllis, always remember that I am here for you whenever you need me. I will be where you need me to be and walk this journey with you. Love from your Soror and friend.
