Lula Bell Rainey's Obituary
Lula Bell Hines Rainey was born September 7, 1929 in Lodi,
Texas. She was born to the proud parents of Pink and Verlena
Hines.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Moses Rainey; son,
Willie; daughter, Lorraine; parents, Pink and Verlena Hines;
siblings, Pauline, Howard, Freddie and Wm Hines.
She accepted Christ at an early age. She attended Ebenezer
Church in Lodi, Texas. She graduated from Ebenezer High School.
On March 5, 1949, Lula married the love of her life and best
friend, Moses Rainey. From this union came twelve children:
Willie (deceased), Loddie, Lena, Louise (Butch), Loretta,
Lorraine (deceased), Moses Jr. (Lorie), Linda, Glenda, Michael
(Belinda), Judy (Marvin Sr.) and Yvonne.
Lula leaves behind: ten children; twenty-two grandchildren; thirtyseven great grandchildren; seventeen great-great grandchildren;
one sister ~ Maggie; one brother ~ Harvey Lee; and a host of
nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
