Paul Louis Nash's Obituary
Paul Louis Nash, son of Ada and O.D. Nash, was born on July 8, 1944 in
Bells, Tennessee.
At age eighteen, Paul decided to explore new opportunities in Saint Louis
playing the saxophone. He loved music and had a great ear for it, but little did
he know, his life would start over when he eventually met the love of his life.
On April 18, 1969, Paul was united in Holy Matrimony to Madelyn C. Lacey
and with this union, six children were born, three currently residing in
Tennessee and two who reside in Saint Louis.
Paul was a dedicated, hard worker who retired from General Motors in 1993
and in his spare time he loved to fish and kept a garden in the backyard where
he loved his yellow squash, cabbage, tomatoes etc. If it was fresh, it was good
and let’s not forget a good gadget or two.
He was preceded in death by his parents and five siblings, Louis, Delois,
Willie, Marshall and Zelma; his beloved wife, Madelyn Nash; and son, Paul
Louis Nash, Jr.
