Percy was the first barber to cut my hair into a afro in the 70's. He was the sweetest and most kindest real God fearing man I've known in my life. I grew up 3 houses from him and the grown ups on St. Louis Ave. kept us kids in check and on point. Loved him as if he were my real uncle. You will truly be missed.
He spanked my BUT when I did wrong, and Thank God he did !
I deserved it, made me a better person... a better man.
