Raivyn Camille Pratt's Obituary
Raivyn Camille Pratt was born on April 27, 2006 to parents Shanna L. Stewart and
Rashad H. Pratt in St. Louis, Missouri.
As an infant, Raivyn was dedicated to the Lord at The Community Church by
Rev. Douglas M. Parham. At Community Church, Raivyn served the Lord faithfully
as a member of the youth choir and children’s church. Raivyn loved Jesus and lived
her life as a beautiful ray of sunshine for the Lord, loving on everyone she came in
contact with.
As Raivyn grew in the Lord, she got saved! She accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord
and Savior, and was baptized on January 18, 2015, at 8 years old at the Memorial
Tabernacle Christian Life Center, under the leadership of the Pastor Arbie Peterson.
At Memorial, Raivyn faithfully served in the MTCLC Youth Choir and children’s
church. Raivyn is known as everyone’s “big helper” both at church and home.
Raivyn loved her little sister Rhiley and her little brothers “Tootie” and Mason. She
was mom’s big helper, always helping take care of her younger siblings. Raivyn
loved her “Maw-maw Rhonda”, grandpa Malcom, ”Granna” and “Papa” very much.
She was known as Granna’s “grandbaby” along with all her other siblings and cousins.
She loved her “UNCLE” whom he referred to her as his “niecey-pooh.” Raivyn
loved ALL of her Tee-Tees and they affectionally called her their “big baby”. She
loved her favorite cousin and best friend Amon “Bam-Bam”, Summer, auntie Maliyah
and uncle Josh who all called her “Rae-Rae” and of course she was “DADDY’S
BABY” ; spending summers with him in Florida. Raivyn continued her travels with
her Granna and Papa. One of her most memorable trips with great-aunt Roz was a
fabulous Disney Cruise and visit to the Caribbean Islands.
Raivyn was a cheerleader for the Herbert-Hoover Boys and Girls Club under coach
Alisha Nsoah. There wasn’t a cheer event or game that Mommie, Granna and Papa
missed.
Raivyn was also a very bright and lovable student. She attended St. Martin’s Childcare
Center for pre-school and then Griffith Elementary for grades kindergarten to
third grade and later transferred to Holman Elementary where she was a fourth
grader.
On October 29, 2015, the Lord Jesus called Raivyn to Eternity where she now lives
forever. Worshiping and praising God, waiting for that glorious day when all of us
who are saved get to Heaven.
