Renea K. Thompson's Obituary
Renea K. Thompson was born on October 31, 1964 in St. Francis
County, Arkansas to Dorothy Mae Rucker and Robert Lee Palmer who
both preceded her in death and now Renea has accepted the invitation
from God to join them in a house not built by man’s hands but him the
Lord.
Renea accepted Christ into her life at a very early age. Gramma Alice
kept them in church serving the Lord.
Dorothy Mae Rucker moved the family to St. Louis, Missouri when
Renea was about nine years old, starting a new path in life. Renea
attended and graduated from the St. Louis, Public School District.
Renea’s passion in school was reading and singing. Later in life Renea
developed a passion for taking care of people, so she enrolled in
St. Charles Community College pursuing a nursing career upon
completion. Renea loved working in the Hospitality and Nursing field
and did both for many years until her health started to decline.
