Ronald Bernard Williams' Obituary
Ronald Bernard Williams was born on January 27, 1948 in Saint
Louis, Missouri. He was the oldest child of three children born to
the union of Leonard Bernard and Ruby Geraldine Williams. His
father, Leonard Bernard William; his wife, Linda Brown and his
brother, DeWayne Williams preceded him in death.
At an early age, Ronald confessed a hope in Christ and was
baptized at Christ Temple Cathedral Church of Christ
Holiness USA. He was educated through the Saint Louis
Public School District, where he received a high school
diploma from Beaumont High School. After graduation he enlisted
into the United States Army and upon completion of his military
service, Ronald attended Forest Park Community College.
Ronald had a keen sense of business and often identity business
opportunities even in the latter days of his life. Ronald had the gift
of gab and this helped him as an entrepreneur in his various
businesses adventures over the years. Ronald was successful in
being financially independent as a sole business owner and wanted
to leave a legacy for this family.
Ronald was an avid reader, enjoyed all aspects of politics and
baseball. He was a lifelong Cardinals fan.
Ronald transitioned peaceful in the comfort of his home on
Monday, May 31, 2021. Ronald leaves to cherish his
memories: his loving mother ~ Ruby Geraldine Williams; his four
children ~ a son, Ronald Carter and a daughter, Renaldo Carter,
both of Saint Louis, Missouri, his youngest son, Anthony (Bridget)
Williams of Columbia, Missouri and his youngest daughter,
Candace Williams of Jefferson City, Missouri; five grandchildren
and three great-grandchildren; his loving sister ~ Felece Vanessa
(Alonzo) Brown of Saint Louis, Missouri who cared for him until his
death; and one uncle ~ Alphonso Hall of Alexandra, Virginia and a
host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members and
friends.
