Rose Marie Ewing's Obituary
Rose Marie Johnson didn’t enter this world alone; she and her twin
sister, Rosetta Gill, were born on February 8, 1943 to Mabel Johnson in
Saint Louis, Missouri.
Rose was united in matrimony to the late Joseph Johnson in 1968. To
this union two children were born, Craig Johnson and Kevin Edward
Johnson. Joseph and Kevin preceded her in death.
Rose confessed faith in the Lord, her savior Jesus, at an early age. Rose
also loved hearing the lessons of Prophet Noble, Drew Ali and the
teachings of the Moorish Science Temple of America.
Rose was a world traveler and loved visiting historically rich sights. She
loved reading and sports.
Rose also loved cooking and phone calls to loved ones near and far.
Rose graduated from the Saint Louis Public School and immediately
began work as a house keeper and later as an employee of Cervantes
Convention Center. Rose ended her work career by retiring from Lambert Airport after twenty years of happy service to all who came into her
presence.
Rose departed this life on November 29, 2021 at 2:00 a.m.
She leaves to cherish her memories: her son ~ Craig Johnson Bey; eight
grandchildren ~ Amauryah, Mahki, Malasia, Deshon, Jeferral, LeMon
Antonio and Rodney Williams; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins
and friends.
