Rosie Browder's Obituary
Rosie Mae Browder , lovingly known as Rose to her family and friends, was born on April 24, 1945, to Lucious Browder and Hester Mae Browder (House). Throughout her life, she exemplified faith, dedication, and an unwavering devotion to those she loved. A woman of deep and abiding faith, Rose gave her life to Christ through baptism in 1961, a commitment that would guide and sustain her throughout her journey. She graduated from Neelyville High School in Neelyville, Missouri, in 1963, ready to meet the world with determination and grace. In 1965, Rose moved to St. Louis, where she embarked on a career marked by a remarkable work ethic and dedication. From 1965 to 1968, she began at White Castle, then St. Mary's from 1968 to 1970. Later, she became a certified nursing assistant (CNA), caring for others with the compassion she showed her family. This meaningful work continued until her retirement. Her beloved father (1982), her mother (1980), and her brothers Marshall and Oliver preceded Rose in death. Her two children will forever cherish her memory, Eugene Browder and Janet Keys (Browder); her brother Lucious and sister Leasa; and her beloved grandchildren, Willie J. Keys III and Taylor Alexis Keys. Rose's gentle spirit, steadfast strength, and boundless love touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. Although people will miss her deeply, her legacy of faith, compassion, and devotion will continue in the hearts of those who loved her. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
