Shayolonda Shenella Whittier's Obituary
Shayolonda SheNella Whittier aka “Shay” was born to the parents of
Otis Benny, Jr. and Rolonda Whittie. Shayolonda was born and raised in
St. Louis, Missouri. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Otis
Williams and Edmand Willie Horne, Sr., aunt, Camillia Horne; uncle,
Edmond Horne, Jr., Howard Virginia, Alonzo Whittier, Willie McGowan,
Sr. Michael Reece, Sr. and Jerome Gates; and cousins ~ Jakatelyn and
Joslyn Glenn.
She educated in the St. Louis Public School and St. Louis Job Corp.
She was baptized at an early age. Shayolonda worked many jobs such
as Express Scripts, Customer Service, Travelers Salesperson,
Telemarketer and Spectrum Cable Co.
Shayolonda was better known as “Sha Sha” and “booty”.
Shayolonda leaves to cherish her memories: her son ~ Atreus Harmon;
father ~ Otis Benny, Jr.; mother ~ Rolonda Whitter; two sisters ~
Javonda Whittier and Kayonda Whittier; two brothers ~ Orlando
Whittier-Benny and Otis Benny, III; two grandmothers ~ Della ReeceHopson and Sharon Horne; uncles ~ Willie Reece, Sr., Donovan Reece,
Michael Virginia, Demetrius Virginia and Cortez Horne; aunts ~ Karen
James, Paula Reece, Lana Reece-Gates, Alonda Whittier Byrd, Vernita
Virginia, Sheral Virginia and Jamillia Horne; a host of cousins, friends
and the special memories created with ~ Sean Harmon, the father to
Atreus Harmon, will carry on in this life beyond and back.
