Shenandoah Gillespie's Obituary
Shenandoah Gillespie was born in Washington, D.C. on
April 11, 1968 to the union of Charles James Gillespie and
Clararee Gillespie. His father, mother and brother Ricky
Gillespie preceded him in death.
Shenandoah grew up in the city of St. Louis, Missouri. He
attended Patrick Henry Elementary School and Cleveland
High School.
Shenandoah worked for The Salvation Army and various
other jobs throughout his life.
He truly loved his family. Shenandoah was a lover of music
and an amazing dancer. He also enjoyed watching and on
occasion playing basketball. Shenandoah was a happy
person and you could count on him to be the life of the party.
He was loved by his friends and family.
On July 1, 2024 at 7:00 p.m., his Heavenly Father called him
home to eternal rest.
Shenandoah will be greatly missed and he leaves to cherish
his memories: his sister ~ Delores Moore; brothers~ Darryl
Gillespie (Kewonda) and Morris Gillespie (Edit); and a host of
nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
