Susie was one of the nicest people I knew. We became acquainted in her travels to/from The Greystone Condominiums in the Central West End. She will be sorely missed, but I know God's got her.

Beautiful Memories of my Daughter Susie Hughes
Susie supported my family through very difficult times. She cared for my daughter Joanie and especially my granddaughter Emma with kindness and patience. When I was feeling discouraged, she was there with understanding and a faith that all would be okay. I will be forever grateful to Susie and will miss having her in my life.

Last picture of all the siblings with our big sister Susie and neice Kristi in Milwaukee, with our Aunt Stella and Aunt Ruby Lee. We were only missing our big brother Neal in this picture. I remember how comical you were on this day. Susie had a big heart and was ALWAYS about UNITY. Susie definitely had a glass half full approach, always seeing the good in other...I guess thats where I got that from. The biggest most purest heart I've ever known. A heart of kindness and full of so much love for each and every one of us and our family as a whole and a true example for us all to follow. We miss you Sis and will miss you more and more in the days to come. I pray that the light you were to us will continue to glow inside of us. I will continue to strive daily to obtain your continuous beauty that you always displayed. I love you Sis.
