Thomas Sanford Alexander's Obituary
Thomas Sanford Alexander was born on September 20, 1947 in St. Louis, Missouri to the union of Eleanor Marseleit Martin Alexander and Thomas Sanford Alexander, Sr. He was educated in the St. Louis Public School System and was a proud graduate of Vashon High School, Class of 1968. He proudly served in the United States Army from July 3, 1968 until Honorable Discharged on July 1, 1974.
Thomas accepted Christ at an early age while attending St. Nicholas Catholic Church. He departed this life after a ling illness on Sunday, May 3, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eleanor Marseleit Martin Alexander and Thomas Sanford Alexander, Sr. and his beloved sister, Michele Alexander Tyler.
Thomas leaves to mourn his passing: his daughter ~ Brenda Gillespie (children, Jeffrey, Devon, Brandon, Kameron and Travis); his son ~ Lamar Alexander; his siblings ~ Sharon Lee Wayne (husband, Gilbert), Duane Alexander (wife, Cheryl), Janet Jones, Fontaine Chapman, Craig Chapman (wife, Cheryl), and Darryl Chapman; cousins ~ Ross Lewis, Jr. (wife, Cheryl), Terrance Frazier (wife, Trish), Maeve Frazier, Darrell Frazier, Marlon Frazier, Wendell Malone, Gloria Palmer Vincent (husband, Alvin); and a host of other relatives and friends.
