Victor B. Tate's Obituary
Mr. Victor Bernard Tate was born July 12, 1959, to Ms. Annette Tate in Saint
Louis, Missouri. His sons Justin Bernard Tate and Kevin Bernard Tate, grandparents Dan and Mary Tate, all proceeded him in death.
He confessed a hope in Christ in 1973 at Mount Airy Missionary Baptist
Church under the leadership of Reverend Ralph McDaniels.
He was educated in The Saint Louis Public School System and graduated from
Beaumont High School in 1978. He attended Forest Park Community College
and Author J. Kennedy Program where he received his Machinist Certification.
He worked at Young and Denim, Lincoln Manufacture, Channel 9, and he was
also a Self-Made Entrepreneur. His businesses included: Home Restoration
and Renovation and Heating and Cooling Services. He established his own
business, St. Louis Mechanical Services where he provided HVAC (Heating &
Cooling) Services to clients.
Victor has always participated in and supported family functions. He always
had a smile and could make you laugh. He was a very straight forward person
and didn’t hold anything back. To know him was to love him. He enjoyed attending sports events, his favorite team was none other than the St. Louis Cardinals Baseball Team. He was also a big supporter of all Beaumont Alumni
events where he enjoyed catching up with his old classmates and friends.
Victor leaves to cherish his memories: six children: Victor Dion Tate, Sr., and
Jason Michael Tate of Florida; Joshua David Tate, Sr., Jordan Nathaniel Tate,
Victoria Mary Tate, and Jeremiah Daniel Tate all of St. Louis, Missouri. Six
grandchildren: Jada Tate, Demitrius Prunell, Zanyla Tate, Victor Dion Tate, Jr.,
Kylee Tate-Williams, Joshua Tate, Jr., and Jordan Amir Tate; Mother, Annette
Tate; Brothers, Van Tate of Sacramento, California, Brian Tate, Derrick (Virgie)
Tate, Travis (Patricia) Tate; Sister, Lachandra Renee Tate, all of Saint Louis,
Missouri; Uncle, Johnnie (Laura) Tate of Cleveland Ohio; Aunt, Louetta Williams
of St. Louis, Missouri. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He will
be missed by all.
