Lavoia Bradford's Obituary
Lavoia (Levolue Robinson) Bradford was born on October 18, 1946
to Raymond and Vera Lee Robinson in Choctaw County, Mississippi.
She was the seventh child of thirteen brothers and sisters.
Lavoia attended Webster County Training School where she graduated
in 1966.
After graduation, she relocated to Waterloo, Iowa where she met her
husband, William Earl “Jack” Bradford. To this union her two sons,
Cedric and Chad were born.
She later moved to Saint Louis, Missouri where she worked at Ford
Motor Company until she retired after thirty years.
Prior to her illness, she became a born-again, Spirit-filled believer in the
Lord Jesus Christ and served faithfully at the St. Clair Ministries/Word
of Life Christian Church.
Lavoia departed this life on Saturday, June 5, 2021. She is preceded in
death by her parents, Vera Lee and Raymond Robinson; sisters,
Luevenue, Levada and Leatrice; and brothers, Lonwesley, Louis Victor
and Larry.
Lavoia is survived by: her sons ~ Cedric Earl (Della) Bradford of Lima,
Ohio and Chad L. Bradford of Saint Louis, Missouri; three grandchildren
~ Dorian Lamar Bradford, Lorin Elizabeth (Jordan) Henderson and
Kayleigh Cheyenne Bradford; six great grandchildren ~ Naomi Marie
Bradford, Kyland Lamar Owens, Myra Brielle Henderson, Gabriella
Diane Bradford, Abel Joseph Henderson and Ezra Luanna OrdonezBradford; her siblings ~ Zula (Hugh) Motley of Akron, Ohio, Levorn
(Purline) Robinson of Waterloo, Iowa, Laymond Robinson of Eupora,
Mississippi, Lover Mae Robinson of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Lenwood
(Rossana) Robinson of Ferguson, Missouri and Cornelia Vena (Al)
Gipson of Nashville, Tennessee; and several nieces, nephews, other
relatives and friends.
